A: No, the shortest lease we offer is for one year

Q: Can you move to another apt when your lease is up?

A: Yes, but at the discretion of management

Q: Who do I call when there is an emergency?

A: The office number has an emergency line that is on the prompt

Q: Are you pet friendly?

A: Yes but under 20 pounds and only if the animal doesn’t become a nuisance

Q: Can you accept my package when I’m not home?

A: Yes but you must let the office and the mail carriers know before they deliver your package
